I read/heard horrible things from fellow designers and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and see if they would assist me, but the reviews support this predatory service. I should be able to reevaluate and decide that I cannot swing $900+ a month as a new business and someone should willingly be able to help me. I understand I am new with the program, but that is not the point. Every time I have mentioned needing to go down in cost and being distressed about it, ********* has told me that my monthly clientele will more than pay for it. AND there is no way to cancel.I was sick with COVID my first month and one of the areas I was supposed to be advertising to was not even turned on (I had not been able to be onboarded yet). Well, now I talked to my onboarding person, and she said she nor *********, nor anyone, can help me make changes. ********* stated I would be able to change my card info later if need-be, and would be able to make alterations to areas I wanted to advertise to. I was uncomfortable on the initial call, tried to get her off the phone so I could think about what I would like to do as far as payment and how much I am willing to spend, but she would not get me off the phone until I gave my cc info. I recently signed up for their pro subscription and am paying monthly for leads.
